Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen, pitted cherries
  • 1 tablespoon undiluted apple juice concentrate
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1½ tablespoons cornstarch that has been mixed with 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup oats rolled
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the oats.
  3. Place the cherry mixture in ramekins.
  4. Sprinkle the oats on top. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool before serving.
