Quick sauce made on the stovetop in under 10 minutes. Great for pancakes, crepes, cheesecake and ice cream topping.

Ingredients
1½ pints Driscoll's Blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
juice of one lemon
zest of one lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a pan. Place pan on a burner and cook over medium high until blueberries have popped, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cook another 4-5 minutes until thickened. Cool.
