Quick sauce made on the stovetop in under 10 minutes. Great for pancakes, crepes, cheesecake and ice cream topping.

  • 1½ pints Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • juice of one lemon
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a pan. Place pan on a burner and cook over medium high until blueberries have popped, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and cook another 4-5 minutes until thickened. Cool.
