Serves: 2-4
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup Black Bean Garlic Sauce
½ cup honey
½ soy sauce or soy sauce substitute such as Bragg's Amino Acids
¼ cup California Balsamic Pepper Fig Spread
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon crushed/minced garlic
sesame seeds for garnish
fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except chicken breasts) in a mason jar and shake vigorously to combine well. Pour mixture over both sides of chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator at least one hour.
Heat grill or grill pan. Place chicken breasts on grill pan and cook approximately 5 minutes per side.
Garnish with leftover sauce, sesame seeds and basil.
