Lavender Roast Potatoes

  • 1 bag small baby purple potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss potatoes in a bowl with oil and lavender to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet or pan. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
