Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the horseradish, sour cream, heavy cream, mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar in a medium bowl and fold to combine. Check for seasoning. Add more salt and/or lemon juice if desired and stir in pepper to taste.
