#SundaySupper Preview – Squash Fest

Where were you when you learned that September 7th is National Squash Day?  Right here, I hope!  And I am referring to the fruit and not the elitist game played with an absurdly long racquet and underinflated rubber ball.  Yes, you heard me right.  Squash is a fruit, albeit one that is used like a vegetable since it is not sweet, and that is just one of fun facts and ideas you will glean from the Sunday Supper Crew’s “Squash Fest” celebration.  There will be squash recipes galore and everything you need to host a Squashtacular party this fall.  Since there is a plethora of squash varieties, the Sunday Supper Crew’s essential guide to squash recipes will be most useful.  Here is a sneak preview of the great recipes coming this Sunday.
