Food Sides

Peas-ful Easy Side Dish

I may be a pea-brain about some things, as Sous Chef often asserts, but not about easy-peasy recipes that will knock your socks off. Three parts mushrooms and one part peas will make you fall to your knees and rejoice! This savory veggie dish will keep the party hoppin’ without you stoppin’ to cook a whole lot. To save some time, make the mushrooms a day head. Pair it with veal, chicken, steak or turkey and at dinner time all you will have to mind are your Ps & Qs.
